I am a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Sensory Sciences from Kansas State University. My passion for nutrition stemmed from recognizing the vital role nutrition plays in physical health, but it has deepened as I’ve come to understand the broader impact food has on our overall well-being. Food not only fuels our bodies but it also affects how we think, feel, and connect with others. In today’s culture, disordered eating has become so normalized that many people no longer recognize what a healthy relationship with food looks like. I’m committed to helping others rebuild that connection so they can find peace with food, nourish both body and mind, and live more fully.
