Hi I am Lacey! I am a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW).I primarily work with teens and adults, addressing a range of challenges including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, life changes, and relationship difficulties. 

The core of my practice is focused on treating women's health issues and anxiety. Womanhood brings a variety of struggles such as issues related to hormones, fertility, perinatal health and menopause. My goal is to welcome you into a space to process these struggles that can so often be “normalized” or swept under the rug.  I customize my approach to meet each client’s unique needs, ensuring a personalized and empathetic therapeutic experience.

I am committed to a trauma-informed and strengths-based perspective, helping clients discover their potential and work towards inner peace. I integrate various social work theories and techniques, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices, to support clients in achieving their goals. 

My approach is rooted in building a strong therapeutic alliance, which I believe is essential for fostering a comfortable & supportive environment. I'm passionate about advocating for each client’s needs throughout their mental health journey, ensuring they feel supported and empowered every step of the way.

Lacey is currently taking insurance plans including BCBS, Aetna, Ambetter, United Healthcare, Tricare, and ProviDRs Care. She also offers self pay services.
