Hi, I’m Laurel Gipson. I am a licensed professional counselor with a deep passion for supporting clients who are navigating disordered eating and trauma. I earned my degree from Wichita State University and am committed to providing a compassionate, safe space for those seeking help. My approach is rooted in empathy and respect, acknowledging that there is no singular path to happiness. I see my role as a counselor as that of a supportive partner, walking alongside you as you explore your unique journey toward a fulfilling and meaningful life.

I am dedicated to being a soft place to land, where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to help you integrate your personal values and beliefs into your mental health journey, respecting the diversity of perspectives each individual brings. Together, we will work towards healing and growth at a pace that feels right for you.

Laurel is currently taking Aetna, BCBS, UHC KanCare, Healthy Blue, Sunflower, Ambetter, and private pay. She also offers hardship agreements as well for flexible payment options.
