Michelle is a registered dietitian nutritionist and licensed dietitian. She has a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Kansas State University in Manhattan, KS. She specializes in working with clients living with a variety of eating disorders such as anorexia, binge eating, ARFID, disordered eating and chronic dieting from a weight neutral approach. Primary focus is behavior change for lifelong recovery. Michelle is a member of IAEDP and works closely with an approved supervisor on her Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) certification for the best care practices for clients. She is also a certified intuitive eating counselor. She enjoys coffee, yoga, reading and travel.​​
